out to Nyack and back via River Road. I must have started out dehydrated on Thurs. or something. . .today felt great. Only went through 3 bottles tho it was a few degrees cooler and partly cloudy today. Maiden voyage for the new "pro fit" jersey. Could have been placebo effect, but I felt more aero on the descents. Spent a bit more time in the 52 ring today but I dunno if it really made any difference.
