I have finally worked some weight training into my routine. I've only been working at Crunch 2x a week for about a year and a half now (oy!). . . Calves and quads are hurting. Two weeks and counting. It's fun though, I think I'll stick with it b/c I'm only spending about 40-45 min. at it after each class.
I'm pretty satisfied with the results so far.
